Bristol Police appeal for help to find missing 63-year-old woman


Thelma Townsend, who police describe as 'vulnerable'  was last seen just before midday yesterday (Saturday September 3) in the Margaret Road area of Withywood. 

She has gone missing previously and has been found in the Dundry area, near to Bristol Bridge, Castle Park in Bristol and Weston-super-Mare.

She is know to be suffering from depression and there is concern for her wefare.

Thelma is described as a white woman, 5ft 5ins tall with naturally curly hair, orange coloured glasses and is thought to have been wearing black trousers, black shoes and a lilac or pink coloured short jacket. She was also wearing a black and white scarf.

She may appear confused and depressed.
